Grooming reservations must be paid online or postmarked on or before December 31, 2025. All reservations made online or postmarked after the closing date will be subject to a $125 late fee. No exceptions. The late fee will be charged at checkout via the ASC Store. If paying via the ASC store, please include the number of dogs and breed(s) at checkout in the additional information section. Anyone wanting to set up with another exhibitor must indicate that on the form or if paying via the ASC store, indicate this at checkout in the additional information section. The tack room will be available to the exhibitors at 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 8. 10 x 10 grooming space w/ electric is $100. Only one electric per 10 x 10. If you need additional outlets, you must purchase another 10 x 10 space. All ex-pens must have plastic under them with pans or shavings. Electric cords must be taped down. Exhibitors must supply their own tape and plastic/shavings. Designated day crating will be available without electric and everything must be removed following the end of the show each day. Postage meter is not valid for a postmark date. No express, overnight, or priority mail accepted.
There is a limit of 4 seats per reservation and occupant names for each chair and primary breed must be listed either in the completed form when you mail it in or in the notes when making an ASC Store payment at checkout.
Seating will be assigned by online payment or postmark date. Only orders received or envelopes postmarked on or after December 9, 2024 will be accepted.

All seats are for the entire weekend and are assigned to the ring in which your primary breed is to be shown. Breeds will be judged in the same ring each day except for Best of Breed/Variety and Best In Show. All sold seating will be moved to the appropriate ring. There will be no FREE chairs at the show. -

Catalog Ads: All photographs must be identified with name of dog and owner name and address on back. Black and White or Color glossy preferred for best results. Any other cannot be guaranteed.
The Ad deadline is December 6, 2025 and $10 late fee will be charged for copy received between December 7 - December 13, 2025.

Judges' education seminars will be presented on January 9 at the ASC Flushing Spaniel show. Location: Marriott Knoxville Downtown 525 Henley St. - Knoxville, TN Room located on the lower floor. Educational materials and ringside mentoring will be provided by individual presenters. ASC prohibits the use of video recording and or digital streaming devices for commercial purposes at any time at all ASC events. ASC also prohibits photography at ASC events for commercial purposes without prior written consent of the Show Chairperson and the payment in U.S. funds of a $100 candid photography licensing fee.
Commercial purposes are defined as the intent to offer photos for sale or barter, in whole or in part, for use now or in the future, or for use in any other commercial applications,. Any entity or individual interested in taking candid photographs at ASC, please send a written request to Marlene Ness (nesmar@live.ca)
and submit your payment via the ASC Store.
