Candid Photography
ASC prohibits the use of video recording and or digital streaming devices for commercial purposes at any time at all ASC events. ASC also prohibits photography at ASC events for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Lindy Bennett and the payment in U.S. funds of a $100 candid photography licensing fee.
Commercial purposes are defined as the intent to offer photos for sale or barter, in whole or in part, for use now or in the future, or for use in any other commercial applications,. Any entity or individual interested in taking candid photographs at ASC, please send a written request to Lindy Bennett and submit your payment via the ASC Store.
Written requests must be received by July 1, 2026.

No more than 6 seats per group! SEATING WILL BE ASSIGNED BY POSTMARK. ONLY ENVELOPES POSTMARKED ON OR AFTER JUNE 3, 2026 WILL BE ACCEPTED! Postage meter is not valid for a postmark date. No Express, Overnight or Priority Mail Accepted. Not available for online purchase.
Requests for persons to be seated together should be included in the same envelope – NO MORE THAN 6 SEATS PER GROUP. Seat assignments will be listed under the name on each check unless otherwise noted.

RV Reservations
Purina takes all the reservations, collects the payments, and assigns the spaces.
Keep in mind that if you arrange an RV rental, you must still reserve an RV site at Purina in addition to any RV rental costs.
The RV Reservation Form includes the site rules, links to site maps, and other information you may need.
The first night of your overnight camping reservations for the American Spaniel Club Cocker Spaniel National must start no earlier than Tuesday July 14, 2026, and must end by 10 a.m. on Monday, July 20, 2026.
There should be plenty of RV sites available for rent at Purina.
Of note: We will be parking cars for people attending the Scent Work trial, in the first 4 spaces of the B, C, and D rows.

Cocker Spaniel entries open on May 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time. Expectations are that the trial may fill very quickly. Please enter your Cocker during the Cocker’s only timeframe to assure your entry. Let’s fill the trial with our awesome Cockers!

Entry fees: $25 per search.
Judges: Laura Feldt, Virginia Huxley, and Lauren Walsh.
We are offering the following elements at Novice, Advanced, Excellent, and Master levels: Containers, Buried, and Interiors. All searches will be inside in air conditioning.

Tack Room Reservations

Exhibitors wishing to be next to each other MUST mail reservations and payment together in SAME envelope or via the ASC Store.
ALL EX-PENS MUST BE LABELED WITH EXHIBITOR’S NAME AND ALL SETUPS WHERE DOGS REMAIN OVERNIGHT MUST HAVE NAME AND PHONE NUMBER IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. ALL PENS – REGARDLESS OF WHETHER PANS ARE BEING USED OR NOT – MUST HAVE PLASTIC UNDER THEM. PLASTIC AND SHAVINGS WILL BE PROVIDED ONSITE. A SHOW COMMITTEE HEARING WILL BE HELD IF SANITARY CONDITIONS ARE NOT MAINTAINED!
I understand the tack room will not be available before Wednesday, July 15, 2026 – time to be published in the judging schedule. I further understand that the assignment of reserved tack room space is a privilege that can be revoked from anyone who does not follow the rules, regulations, and instructions of the American Spaniel Club or their agents.
