ASC 2025 National Specialty Vendor

Be a vendor at the 2025 American Spaniel Club (ASC) National Cocker Spaniel Specialty Show at Purina Farms (500 William Danforth Way, Gray Summit, MO 63039) from July 17 through July 20, 2025.  July 16, 2025 is set up day. Organization will be notified closer to this date at what time the building will be available.

The fee for this four-day event is $250 for a 10×10 booth space. Vendors requiring equipment, such as tables and chairs, please indicate specifics in terms of equipment requested, number, etc. as applicable below:

Organization also understands and agrees to (i) defend, indemnify and hold harmless Purina Farms for any and all activities performed (or not performed) by Organization, to the fullest extent permitted by law, (ii) carry and provide proof of commercial general insurance with limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, workers’ compensation insurance with statutory limits, employer’s liability with limits of no less than $1,000,000 per employee and any other insurance required by Purina Farms, with each such policy (excluding the workers’ compensation insurance) naming Purina Farms as an additional insured, (iii) comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and (iv) comply with Purina Farm’s safety requirements and on-site access requirements.
