ASC members will automatically receive one (1) rosette per Top Dog at no cost and may pick it up at the show or request to have their rosette mailed to them for a shipping charge of $5.00. ASC members who need extra rosettes for multiple owners must purchase them. If you are not an ASC member and want a rosette, you must purchase it. Overnight Crating with Grooming Space & Electricity Reservations 10 X 15 spaces @ $75.00 per space in the Norris Penrose Event Center. Each space includes one electrical outlet. Additional outlets are $25/each. Outlets will be monitored. $50 late fee for reservations received/postmarked after the July 10, 2024 deadline. Exhibitors wishing to be next to each other MUST mail reservations and payment together in SAME envelope. • All ex-pens must have plastic and shavings, which will be provided by ASC. All ex-pens must be kept clean. • Trash pickup will be approximately every 2 hours: see schedule at show. • Name and contact information must be on crates in case of emergency. • Designated day crating for exhibitors is at no cost but does not include electricity. If electricity is needed, you may purchase a grooming space by filling out the Grooming Reservation Form.
