Futurity Packet (as of 1/8/26)
A fee of $30.00 for each bitch nominated must accompany the form, in accordance with the instructions stated within the futurity packet. If the bitch’s due date is such that she may whelp in either the January or July Futurity, you should nominate her for both and include a fee of $40.00.
Bitch Nominations must be made BEFORE the Litter is whelped.
a. Nominations made between January 1 and June 30 inclusive for January Futurity.
b. Nominations made between July 1 and December 31 inclusive for July Futurity.
