If you want a Top Dog Catalog, you need to order it by July 2, 2025. There will not be copies for sale at the show. Order and pay for your catalog through the ASC store. $17.00 - picked up at the 2025 ASC National show $22.00 - mailed Rosette Deadline to order: June 10, 2025 ASC members will automatically receive one (1) rosette per Top Dog at no cost and may pick it up at the show or request to have their rosette mailed to them for a shipping charge of $5.00. ASC members who need extra rosettes for multiple owners must purchase them. If you are not an ASC member and want a rosette, you must purchase it. Be a vendor at the 2025 American Spaniel Club (ASC) National Cocker Spaniel Specialty Show at Purina Farms (500 William Danforth Way, Gray Summit, MO 63039) from July 17 through July 20, 2025. July 16, 2025 is set up day. Organization will be notified closer to this date at what time the building will be available. The fee for this four-day event is $250 for a 10x10 booth space. Vendors requiring equipment, such as tables and chairs, please indicate specifics in terms of equipment requested, number, etc. as applicable below: Tables:______ Chairs:______ Outlets:______ Need a different size booth? Size needed:___________ (additional cost will apply). Organization also understands and agrees to (i) defend, indemnify and hold harmless Purina Farms for any and all activities performed (or not performed) by Organization, to the fullest extent permitted by law, (ii) carry and provide proof of commercial general insurance with limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, workers’ compensation insurance with statutory limits, employer’s liability with limits of no less than $1,000,000 per employee and any other insurance required by Purina Farms, with each such policy (excluding the workers’ compensation insurance) naming Purina Farms as an additional insured, (iii) comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and (iv) comply with Purina Farm’s safety requirements and on-site access requirements.
