ASC 2025 National Specialty Vendor
Be a vendor at the 2025 American Spaniel Club (ASC) National Cocker Spaniel Specialty Show at Purina Farms (500 William Danforth Way, Gray Summit, MO 63039) from July 17 through July 20, 2025. July 16, 2025 is set up day. Organization will be notified closer to this date at what time the building will be available.
The fee for this four-day event is $250 for a 10x10 booth space. Vendors requiring equipment, such as tables and chairs, please indicate specifics in terms of equipment requested, number, etc. as applicable below:

Organization also understands and agrees to (i) defend, indemnify and hold harmless Purina Farms for any and all activities performed (or not performed) by Organization, to the fullest extent permitted by law, (ii) carry and provide proof of commercial general insurance with limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, workers’ compensation insurance with statutory limits, employer’s liability with limits of no less than $1,000,000 per employee and any other insurance required by Purina Farms, with each such policy (excluding the workers’ compensation insurance) naming Purina Farms as an additional insured, (iii) comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and (iv) comply with Purina Farm’s safety requirements and on-site access requirements.

Deadline for reserved booth space is June 1, 2025.
Vendor is responsible for paying any local sales taxes. I, the undersigned, agree to the above terms. THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION.

Exhibitors wishing to be next to each other MUST mail reservations and payment together in SAME envelope.
ALL EX-PENS MUST BE LABELED WITH EXHIBITOR’S NAME AND ALL SETUPS WHERE DOGS REMAIN OVERNIGHT MUST HAVE NAME AND PHONE NUMBER IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. ALL PENS – REGARDLESS OF WHETHER PANS ARE BEING USED OR NOT – MUST HAVE PLASTIC UNDER THEM. PLASTIC AND SHAVINGS WILL BE PROVIDED ONSITE. A SHOW COMMITTEE HEARING WILL BE HELD IF SANITARY CONDITIONS ARE NOT MAINTAINED!
I understand the tack room will not be available before Wednesday, July 16, 2025 – time to be published in the judging schedule. I further understand that the assignment of reserved tack room space is a privilege that can be revoked from anyone who does not follow the rules, regulations, and instructions of the American Spaniel Club or their agents.
