The American Spaniel Club (ASC) is changing the process for nominating and voting for judges to make it easier for members to engage in the process, simplify the ballot reconciliation, and increase the integrity of the process. Currently, we offer three (3) options for members to submit their nomination form and/or ballot.
- In-person at the Flushing Spaniel Show or National Specialty
- By mailing a paper form/ballot to the Teller via USPS, postmarked by the published deadline
- By faxing/emailing a PDF form/ballot to a Yahoo mailbox
The goal is to cease offering the fax/email method in lieu of providing members with an online/mobile voting option. The other two methods (options 1 and 2 above) will remain. At this time, however, option 3 remains available as we prepare for the alternative option to commence.
YOUR ACTION: To support this new method, we need to re-confirm everyone’s contact information to be certain we have a correct email address and/or mobile phone number so ballots can reach you. In addition, we are requesting your consent to receive online/mobile ballots from ASC.
