If you are holding an eye clinic – go to the OFA website, fill out the form, and submit it to the OFA calendar. The service is free and you will receive a $5 discount code clinic attendees can use when registering the results.
Then, in January when you submit your OFA CHIC listing to the ASC Foundation, you will be issued another $5 rebate for each dog you list on OFA.
