Candid Photography

ASC prohibits the use of video recording and or digital streaming devices for commercial purposes at any time at all ASC events. ASC also prohibits photography at ASC events for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Barbara Shaw and the payment in U.S. funds of a $100 i candid photography licensing fee.

Commercial purposes are defined as the intent to offer photos for sale or barter, in whole or in part, for use now or in the future, or for use in any other commercial applications,. Any entity or individual interested in taking candid photographs at ASC, please  send a written request to Barbara Shaw and submit your payment via the ASC Store.

To be held Saturday after Obedience and Rally in the Obedience or Rally Ring

Have one of the best seats in the house! Limited chairs will be sold, so don’t delay!

Send in or place your order by June 1 to guarantee your chair embroidered in time with your name or kennel name.

Regular Seating Reservations

Seating is available by reservation by mail on a first come first served basis only. A postage meter stamp is not considered a valid postmark date. No Express, overnight, or priority mail accepted. Only envelopes postmarked no earlier than June 1, 2023, and no later than July 7, 2023, will be accepted.

Pay for your reserved seating via the ASC Store.

Or, mail check payable to the American Spaniel Club (ASC) in U.S. funds and it MUST accompany this seating reservation. All reservations must be post marked by July 7, 2023.

Reserved Grooming

10 x 5 spaces available in Gateway Hall only: $50.00

Exhibitors requesting spaces next to each other MUST send reservations and payment together in one (1) envelope. Reservations must be postmarked on or before July 5, 2023 (entry closing date). All reservations postmarked after July 5 will be subject to a $50 late fee. No exceptions.

All ex-pens must have plastic and shavings underneath them. Plastic and shavings will be available onsite.

RV Reservations

RV reservations are taken by Purina Farms on a first-come first-served basis. If confirmed, you will receive an emailed confirmation from Purina and a payment link so you may pay at your convenience. A Purina Farms RV Engagement Specialist will respond back to your reservation request within 5-7 business days to let you know whether your reservation is confirmed. Full payment must be received before the space can be confirmed and finalized. Review the details on the RV Reservation Form.

ASCF’s Wild, Wild West Trivia Night

Friday, July 21

Calling all cowboys and cowgirls! Bring your best rootin’ tootin’ costumes and join in on the trivia fun.  Trivia will be all Wild, Wild West themed.  There will be door prizes, best dressed prizes, and prizes to the winning teams.  There will also be an amazing raffle. 

Dinner includes: Beef brisket, BBQ chicken, baked beans, potatoes,  coleslaw & potato salad, as well as desserts and coffee

Cash bar begins at 5:30 p.m.
Dinner: 6:00 p.m. and trivia starting at approximately at 6:30 p.m.

Adults: $40.00 each
Kids (10-16 years): $25.00
Children (9 years and under): No charge

After July 5, there will be an additional $5.00 late fee to all meals.
